1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using Ledgr software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, ByteSync Technologies and Communications ("we", "us") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of machines specified by your plan.

The license is for your business use only.
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.

3. Subscription & Payment

Pro and Business plans are billed annually.
Lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment is processed securely via Razorpay.

4. Activation & Usage

A license key is generated upon successful payment.
The key can be activated on the number of machines allowed by your plan.
Internet is required only for activation and periodic verification (every 30 days).
The Software works fully offline after activation.

5. Data & Privacy

All your business data is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your business data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.

8. Termination

We may revoke your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
