1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Applies to all plans (Pro, Business, Lifetime).
Only the original purchaser can request a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to bytesynctech@gmail.com with:

Your registered email address
License key (if generated)
Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Amount is refunded to the original payment method.
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Requests made after 7 days of purchase.
If the license key has been shared with others.
Violation of Terms & Conditions.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Annual plans (Pro, Business) can be cancelled anytime.
No partial refunds for unused months after the 7-day window.
Your license remains active until the expiry date.
Lifetime plan has no recurring charges — nothing to cancel.
