Ledgr is an offline-first desktop application. Your business data (invoices, contacts, inventory, accounting) is stored entirely on your local device and is never transmitted to our servers.

2. What We Collect

We collect minimal information only for license management:

Account information: Name, email address (for login and license delivery)
Payment information: Processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details
License activation: Machine identifier (hashed), app version, OS type

3. What We Do NOT Collect

Your business data (invoices, contacts, products, accounting entries)
Your financial information stored in the app
Usage analytics or telemetry
Location data

4. How We Use Your Information

To deliver and activate your license key
To verify your license is valid
To send important product updates (optional)
To provide customer support

5. Data Security

Your account data is stored securely on our servers. Passwords are hashed. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).

We retain your account and license information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.
